		<description><![CDATA[The lastest issue of Prospect (May 2009, pp. 32-6) carries an article by David Willetts, &#8216;The meaning of Margaret&#8217;, one of the few contemporary Conservatives who was both a participant-observer of the 1980s and is contributing interestingly to the redefinition of contemporary Conservatism today.
